Dosbox, SCUMMVM, & VMDsound for old pc games
Stella for Ataris
Atari800 Plus Win for MULE
MEKAwin for Mastersystem
NesterNNJ or FCEUltra for NES
Gens for Genesis/Mega Drive
SNES9x for SNES
ePSXe for PSX
Casinni and SSF for Saturn
Project 64 for N64
Visual Boy for the Gameboys
OSswan for Wonderswan
RedDragon, if it will work, for Virtual Boy
Mame32/Mame32 plus for Arcade
NeorageX for Neo Geo - It emulates some games better than MAME, and runs on jack hardware.

There are more but I cannot think of them off of the top of my head - MSX, GameGear, etc.

Though if I am emulating on the go:
Little John 32 on the GP32 for NES
Dr MD on the GP32 for Genesis
Little John Zodiac on the Tapwave for NES, Genesis, Snes, TG16, Gameboy, and Gamegear

DOSbox/ScummVM for DOS/PC.
ZSNES for SNES.
ePSXe for PS1.
FCE Ultra for NES.
Project64 for N64.

That's probably the gist of it. I've used Visual Boy Advance to try some old Metroid games and Kega Fusion to play Snatcher, but I haven't used those emulators for much else. Mostly my emulation patterns just revolve around DOSbox, ZSNES, and ePSXe.

a coworker of mine just donated his mame cabinet to the office so i've been having tons of fun setting that up. i went with advancemame and so far it is working out fantastic.

we just had a nice asteroids brawl at the end of business today.
