It's pretty bent up, but I didn't expect a manual, so I can't complain:

This is a receipt for the carrying case that apparently the guy who sold it to me either forgot about or didn't realize that was a pocket after he put it in. (To be fair, it didn't look like a pocket.) If you look closely on the bottom, it says 4/16/94.
