I want to buy this game:

so, it says:
Compatible with PC CD-ROM - Asia

Am I going to be able to play this on my United States of America PC CD-ROM computer machine?

yeah it will work fine... the Asia statement is a line below the compatibility... it is only referencing which area it is released in.

If you check at the bottom where the "System Requirements" are, you will see what you actually need. Nothing stating it has to be of a certain region.

... that is unless Valve made the game... heh!

Adderall, did you buy it? and what is it like?

Im thinking of getting the limited edition one but cant find any reviews of it from trustworthy sources - although it does look mighty nice

Itll work, its a fun game but has its problems. I am more of a vertical guy anyway but this one was unduly hard because of its weapon system. If they fixed that it would become the showcase modern horizontal. It is beautiful, just terribly difficult due to poor testing.

yes I got it yesterday - it is EXTREMELY beautiful and I do intend to complete it, but the main thing which annoys me is how many shots it takes to even kill the first drones that fly out, I like shmups where it takes less shots to blow up stuff (even if there are more enemies).
Even in 'Very Easy' mode it takes way too many shots to kill em i think.

because of that it doesnt quite have the right feel for me - I really like the German voiceovers, they already sound retro eheh

it was a pain in the bum setting up my DC stick with it too, even after installing that patch

hmm yeh as a game I do quite like it, and certainly admire Play_Asia for commisioning this sorta stuff

as a work of art though it is outstanding IMO, I do hope it comes out on Playstation Network (even though I dont have one) - my friend has a Bravia 46" X and a PS3 and it will look incredible...

yeah it runs great and even on old machines (like my five year old laptop) great game I got my copy free in exchange for a review. One of the first 300 I forget my # though its 2##
