Unless he was looking for the Japanese name, I agree, Kemiroch should get the point. After looking it up, the two games were identical (other than the title). They didn't make any changes after they re-released it as "World Class Track Meet".

yeah, I'm not saying Spirit's wrong - obviously he's right. But Kemiroch was also right that the screen shown was released as that title.
