Poor build quality, games will be cheap and easy to find in the future, and the backwards compatibility is really poor for some games (if the game is compatible, that is).
Not trying to argue but the 360 won't command a high price like the Sega Saturn. Unless you don't play it, it makes the most sense to keep the rarest system. At least that's what I'd do. However, I do really like some of the 360 games.
