3DS in November for Japan?

This site has indicated that the 3DS will be released in Japan on November 20th. It seems a bit likely to me, if it is released this will shed a lot of light on what to expect in the US. Pricing, launch titles, impressions, hardware details, accessories, etc. I can see myself getting one for the MGS3 remake (I'm a sucker for this kind of thing), but I don't think I'll be rushing to import it on day one.

I'm looking forward to 3DS but will wait till US release. There are so many titles I'm excited for.

I'll get it early, but probably not release date. Mainly because I know there will be homebrew, and I want to try and get the earliest version before Nintendo starts throwing out bricking patches.

almost all consoles get released in november so spoiled kids can get one for christmas.

I'll be waiting half a year after it's release before I consider getting one, just to make sure all the hitches are discovered already. I got burned out by the broken hinges on the white DS lites. Factory defects are so uncharacteristic of the big N. They've always made sturdy machines.

Weeeeelll, we just gotta wait until 9/29 when NCL has their conference about something... presumably the 3DS and other stuff too.
