Yep, I'm all for it. What about Sharky and friends? Would they be interested? That would be a way to pick up enough people to ensure a full 4.

I will have to ask him. Next Wednesday I'm going to go to the William Gibson discussion and signing about his new book at the Arboretum. Not sure what's going to happen on Thursday or Friday. Those are my usual days off for now. I work both Sat and Sun.

If I'm free on Friday, Sharky is also off. So we could possibly make it happen in the late afternoon.

I'll PM you my address so you can send those giftcards ahead of time.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Sounds like someone's asking for a Bust Wolf to the face.

That's pretty cool. The sky above the Barnes and Noble was the color of television, tuned to a dead channel.

I work Monday through Friday. Late Friday afternoon would be difficult for me to make. However, I could definitely catch up with you guys Friday evening, like 6pm and on.

Yep, can't wait for the Gibson event. I have a 10th anniversary Neuromancer I'm going to try to get him to sign. I'm sure he's sick of seeing that damned book. I found out earlier today that I'm going to have to be at Barnes & Noble at 9am that morning if I want a number for the signing line.

Went by Game Over on lunch to kill some time. LOL, the mother of all CRTs is still set up right where we left it. Must be a bitch to move.

Hmm... the Neo Geo cab I have is pretty small, it's a Neo25. It's pretty light and has wheels on it's back corner so it's pretty easy to move. I suppose I could consider taking it to the gathering, but I don't have a truck.

I dunno, we'll have to see.

It beckons. You grab the Saturn. I'll get booze and brown bags.
