Cheapest way to play terranigma?

I have a NTSC SNES and i want to know the cheapest way to play terranigma. Any ideas?

Other than on an emulator??? I'd say the next cheapest would be getting a repro-cart because otherwise you'd need to either get a Euro-SNES or get your SNES-PAL switch modded and then be able to find a Euro-release of the game which likely would cost more than a repro-cart.
Or, get the SNES powerpak.

The three options that I can think of... One: Get a flash cart - $60 for the one on Tototek, $140 for the Power Pak from Retro Zone. Two: Get a PAL Terranigma cart and mod your SNES - I'm not sure how much the PAL cart costs, but you can mod your console for a few bucks if you can do the work yourself. Three: Get a repro of it.

edit: I recommend getting a flash cart or modifying your console to play the imported PAL cart.

I'll vouch for Ziggy's repro (if you are OK with those) - I just got a Terranigma cart from him today!
The PAL carts are fairly expensive (I think like 60+, at least). Plus, I think modding the snes to play PAL carts is a bit more difficult, with the whole 50Hz/60Hz thing.

Yeah I have ordered from the site twice before without any problems. Some of the stuff I have bought are the Final Fantasy 2 and 3 English NES carts, Earthbound 0, Dragon Quest V and VI, Terranigma, Secret of Mana 2, ect. The guy makes pretty good quality stuff but the wait can be a while. I think both my orders took a month or more because the guy is a one man operation I think.

The question on bugs is entirely dependent on the state of the rom hack. For example there is an issue in Dragon Quest VI where if you are at the end of the game and go back to the beginning towns, the english translation is not there. That is simply a product of the translation and not the quality of the materials or anything. For the most part, the reproduction carts are pretty flawless. The carts are typically made from a "donor" cart which is another game of similar size. I think the guy uses some specialized machine to "reflash" the memory chips with another game. Its pretty interesting stuff. There is a lot of discussion about it in the classic forums of http://www.digitpress.com. People get really into this stuff. There is even a guy named Kogi on those forums who makes translated boxes and instruction manuals for the repro games.

There's actually a lot of discussion about it here on Racketboy, too. At this point, there's quite a few members that have made repros (myself included) and even more that have purchased them.

The guy from GameReproductions.com is even a member here. Him and I talk often. I'm actually the one that showed him the current method of making most SNES repros. That being said, we more or less make the same product, as far as quality goes.

You got the process a little wrong. The memory in game carts is permanent and cannot be erased or rewritten. It has to be removed and replaced with new memory that you programmed. Soldering is involved, as well as rewiring most of the time.

I've seen Kogami's stuff, and have talked with him a few times. He definitely has very nice looking repros, and his work is extremely neat.
