i love tag but definitly have more love for Tekken 5 DR for ps3. Fast load time, quick and simple to play online, and just seem more balance than any of the other tekkens.

I love Tekken 2 for nostalgic reasons

Tekken 3 had me entertained for a long time with the Tekken Force mode and the beach ball mode

and Tekken 5, FUCK its a awesome deal you get the arcade versions of 1, 2, and 3 for free! and the added Jin game

Tekken 3 was the last Tekken I really played alot, I played very little of Tag and thought it was pretty good, but after that haven't really touched it.

I've always been more of a SF guy or I just couldn't remember the damn long inputs to do combos.... lol

I have never really liked the Tekken style of fighting game itself, if I had to pick one for the fighting engine it would be 3, however I picked 6 because I enjoy its Beat em Up Campaign mode.

I remember picking up Tekken 3 what in launched with a bonus cd case, still a great game.

I've played Tag the most, it's just plain fun. Though 5 is definitely good if you want to play the Arcade versions of 1-3 as bonuses.
