I bookmarked the site and am looking forward to a trial version or demo, eventually.

$30 I believe? I'm kinda hoping for $20, myself. Especially since it's just a download and not a retail copy being shipped to you.

Ouch yeah -- especially since its not a console or handheld game (more valuable IMO).
If it ends up being really good, then maybe, but $20 is kinda the sweet spot.

Yeah, its 30$ but the game supposed to be 20+ hours long and has a built-in level editor. Plus, you get the warm fuzzy feeling of supporting an indie developer. Also, if Aquaria is as good as Derek's previous game (Eternal Daughter - try it. it's free) I'll be happy and would have absolutely no qualms in paying up to 40$ for it.

Hmm...
I'll have to give that other one a try...
He should really consider bringing these to XBLA or something....
He wouldn't be able to charge as much, but he'd sell a bunch more which would ultimately make him more money than this PC stuff.
