Hey all, i've been making my own reproduction carts for a while.
well, i'm finally getting sick of having other people printing my labels for me.
i was just wondering, how does everyone else do it?
Best way to make Genesis/snes/nes labels
Re: Best way to make Genesis/snes/nes labels
Photoshop to make the label... Get a nice inkjet with good paper, or use a nice color laser... I have some templates for SNES games. If you want them just ask I'll send you a link.
Re: Best way to make Genesis/snes/nes labels
well, i've made quite a few of my own, i'm just more specifically looking on the printing end.
for example, what kind of paper do you use?
is there anything readily available that's adhesive?

I started off using Avery adhesive labels. They're just a normal paper grade with an adhesive back. So to get them to look nice, you put clear packing tape over it. This is what most people do, from what I've seen. Now I just use an adhesive backed photo paper.

I just search eBay and Amazon for "adhesive photo paper" or "sticker photo paper" to find it.

You can also use double sided tape or non foam carpet tape under regular printed paper.Ziggy587 wrote:I started off using Avery adhesive labels. Ziggy 's idea of packing tape or transparent glossy tape (not magic tape) for the top to protect the print.
Oversized sections of top and bottom tapes on paper then cut to custom fit before affixing to the game cart.
