Question about getting a particular synth sound

I've seen a few of you on here dabble with audio so I figured I'd throw this out there. I'm trying to capture a certain synth sound, you can hear it here. I'm referring to the sound in the very beginning that kind of sounds like eye of the tiger or something. I'm putting together something and just can't get that sound myself.

I'm not too keen on these things, but I'm looking for anything I can attain and manipulate that sound with. A vst plugin would be nice, since I'm guessing that's the easiest. Anyone have any suggestions for what I can use?
