Are the Dreamcast and PS2 Headhunter games the same?

As far as I know all the backups have downsampled videos, and since this game has a lot of them and they're really well done, that's not the best option.

I think there are some torrents that contain the games with nothing downsampled or ripped. Although the only way to play them is via emualtion.

Have a look on underground gamer.

Because nothing is ripped or downsampled the games will not fit on CDs and the DC is not capable of reading DVDs.

Because they won't fit on CD-Rs.
If you have a GD-ROM burner and blank GD-ROMs, you could play it, but at that cost, you're better off buying the real thing.

edit: kinn beat me by a few seconds...

Dont bother burning the game. Not only are the fmvs downsampled, and the music monoized and downsampled by half, they also had to remove a few vital storyline FMVs. Trust me, just buy the import. It's pretty cheap online.

Don't forget the game makes it sound like you disk drive is getting murdered.
That's why I've never played it past the first level.

I didn't have that issue. At least no more so than other backups.

Well, it's been a few years since. Maybe I got a bad rip.
I'll have to try it again sometime...

My backup froze up and wouldn't let me go to the third mission. I saw a copy of the game at cash converters for 10 euros in perfect condition but I was out of money so I tried hiding it but when I went back the next day someone had bought it. I really wanted to see the FMVs in their original form.
