Went with Genesis. The SNES has always been pretty, and sure its technically superior in terms of power, but in the end I still prefer Genesis. dsheinem covered it really.
Besides, anytime a developer really worked on the genesis, it could produce something spectacular. Many games didn't look very good on the system, but the most beautiful games were truly stunning. The easiest example, as usual, is Sonic.

He likes Super Nintendo graphics better because they're on a Nintendo console, ipso facto.Limewater wrote:What does your sig have to do with graphical style?Ngamer wrote:SNES!

Let me start off by saying that I am a Sega fan. Maybe not as crazy as others but a fan of Sega none the less.
Now if you're talking about which console had "better" graphics then hands down the SNES. I don't really think anyone is going to disagree with that. But if you're talking about graphic "styles" then its like someone said earlier, its kinda like comparing apples to oranges.
In my personal opinion the SNES had softer, smoother, more "kid friendly" type of graphics i.e more colors, brighter colors, etc.
The Genesis on the other hand I thought had, again like someone else had said, a more grittier; darker look to it.
But again, if you're talking about which console had the "better" graphics then its SNES for the win!
