Re: Just ordered a Gameboy player
My Gameboy Player is the only reason my GC is still hooked up (I just use my Wii to play GC games). Frankly, once I got it my interest in GB/C/A games greatly increased.
Re: Just ordered a Gameboy player
Does anyone know if the Gameboy Player is compatible with games with extra internal hardware? For instance, could I play Kirby's Tilt 'N Tumble by shaking around my Gamecube?Dylan wrote:My Gameboy Player is the only reason my GC is still hooked up (I just use my Wii to play GC games). Can't be good for the boot disc spinning inside the cube though. Also a strain on the power-video cables.noiseredux wrote:yes you could. I thought it wasn't possible? I'm sure I read or heard that somewhere. Or maybe it's just "not possible" as in it would be completely stupid to do so

I think the gyro may interfere with the table, GC would have to be tilted or raised.
Waiting for mention of that sun activated Boktai game.

The disc actually only spins on boot -- you can remove it from the drive while you're using the player.CRTGAMER wrote: Can't be good for the boot disc spinning inside the cube though. Also a strain on the power-video cables.

this is correct. It's completely possible to play Tilt N Rumble. It's just... dumb.irixith wrote:The disc actually only spins on boot -- you can remove it from the drive while you're using the player.CRTGAMER wrote: Can't be good for the boot disc spinning inside the cube though.
