Haha, Slither. That film was funny as fuck. I remember laughing my ass off at that film. Me and my ex were in fits in the theatre getting some very strange looks.

If you haven't seen it, you're missing out it's hilarious.

Brain Dead (AKA Dead Alive for some strange reason) is also one of the funniest horror films I've EVER seen. In fact I'd go as far to say it's one of the funniest films I own.
