If you get a phone with a hard keyboard there may be a game gripper available. That is what I use and it works great. I wrote this shitty mini-review that has a link to a video of it in action. The emulators are great. Even If I get a new phone one day I am keeping my Droid as a dedicated gaming handheld.

Android games
Re: Android games
Great thread. The 'droid is the second phone in over 14 years that gave me phone envy. The other is the equally modern Nokia N900 (mmm. maemo....).
So, I haven't found any games on the Android that really enthuses me. But, one of the reasons I had to get this thing is because of its great GPS functionality. Couple that with the web capabilities, and its made for GeoCaching. c:geo is the best app I've found for it. New to GeoCaching? http://www.geocaching.com

Re: Android games
It seems that the OpenFeint platform that a lot of games on iOS use is coming to Android, and bringing a lot of popular games along with it. This is really good news for Android gamers, as the list of big iOS exclusives is gradually decreasing.

Re: Android games
Well I don't have an Android phone, I have an iPod touch, but I know Gameloft ported several games and they make good clones. A couple are Nova and modern combat from the top of my head.

Oh, I'm sorry that I wasn't around for the pre-release alpha version; I guess I'm not a veteran, then.GSZX1337 wrote:...Android hasn't even been out for two years, yet.lisalover1 wrote:I'm a veteran with the Anroid system, since I've been using it ever since the G1.

Re: Android games
It's kind of hard to be a veteran for something that hasn't been out for two years, yet. Imagine if in 2003, I said I was an Xbox veteran.lisalover1 wrote:Oh, I'm sorry that I wasn't around for the pre-release alpha version; I guess I'm not a veteran, then.GSZX1337 wrote:...Android hasn't even been out for two years, yet.lisalover1 wrote:I'm a veteran with the Anroid system, since I've been using it ever since the G1.
