The first one that popped into my head was the gun from Eraser. I also was reminded of the vibrating disc (CD) weapon used in the terrible Dolph Lundgren movie "I Come in Peace". 
I'm surprised nothing from Demolition Man is in there though.

The Terminator is an absurdly cool movie weapon, as is anything the Predator wields.
I'd also say the Hulk's deltoids (Ang Lee) were absurd when they broke a mutated dog's jaw by merely flexing them.
The Joker's huge ass pistol in Batman (1989).
