360: Orange Box

Xbox: PD Orta, JSRF

Genesis: Earthworm Jim, Ristar

NES: RC Pro Am 2 and ... Urban Champion, which is one of those hilariously craptastic games that are so bad they're funny.

Does the audio go mute in one of the opening cutscenes in TimeStalkers for you? I bought a copy long ago and it does that. It appears unscratched, but I think I see a microscopic hole of light going through the disc, where someone poked it with a needle. That might be it.

Also, awesome keyboard.

I'm planning on buying boktai 1 now that I've got a DS just for the innovation factor from the light sensor.
It's very worth it IMO - quality game without considering the sensor. You may want to buy just the second if you don't want to get both, but if you get both eventually I think you should start with the first (the gameplay is somewhat different, the first is more stealth based).

New update

I just got a copy of Radiant Silvergun! With spine card too! Aside from three small, very light scratches on the outer edge, the disc is in great condition. It was an early Christmas gift

I will say that the game lives up to the hype.

I really love my Saturn right now. I had a blast today playing Sexy Parodius today, and Nights into Dreams is magical. I bought a cheap copy of Darkstalkers Vampire Savior too
