Mr. Popo, thanks for the comment, I'm sorry if I sounded kind of annoyed but I get a lot of flack for hanging onto extinct systems (let alone modifying them) as most people say that I should just emulate it but it's never the same, well anyway keep on gaming! 8)

And to Kyle, I do have a bunch of controllers that I would donate, I counted yest it's like 4 bad n64 controllers but I don't have any psx controllers only a ps2 but if you wanna work something out I'm sure I could get one at the pawn shop or something, and also are the ps2 analogs the same construction or do they use different tech? Thanks all

N64 analog sticks use IR or photodiodes and detectors along with spoked cogs. They work like the rollers in old ball mice. Most other analog sticks like the PS2 use potentiometers. That's why the stick mod is a lot more involved than just a little cutting on the controller and bodgering the new stick assembly in there.

Whoa, this is awesome. As it stands you're the first person to ever successfully create a fully prepackaged and easy to make Analog stick mod for the N64 controller with a 100% success rate. I'm definitely gonna pick up one of these PCB's when I've got the money just to see how well everything works and hopefully have a way to retire my aging N64 controllers.

Also, you might wanna make a thread in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. It'll increase awareness about this to more forumgoers, and allow you to get a bead on what demand for this would look like before you branch out to other sites and eBay.
