How are any of those mid-90s?
The dude needs to take out the mid 90's on his sentence if that's the case. His thread title doesn't say that.

I'd have to go with the Wii. It's small, looks great no matter where you put it, easy to casemod, plays NES/SNES/N64/GC games in addition to Wii games. You can even get adapters that let you use the original controllers.

It's the perfect Nintendo system. The others just look like weird toys in comparison.

Not to be a troll, but why the N64? The footprint if the machine is so huge for something zero moving parts... I loved the 'eject' functions of the original NES and the SNES, the N64s build quality and design reminded me of a old fashion Genesis when I got it
If you aren't having a good time, why are you playing?

The original NES had an eject function? Does the cartridge like shoot out the slot?

The N64 is cool looking, with it's rounded top, it just looks cool. Plus 4 controller ports. The footprint isn't that big, compared to the NES or master system. Even mod 1 genesis.

I hated the snes color and shape horrible, wtf purple. I do like the japanese version of the nes. n64 was sleek, could have been cool if it was cd based instead of cartridge. gameboy color purple was terrible

Ain't she beautiful? Though the Japs are the luckiest ones. Theirs say Super Famicom on it, which I always found a way cooler name for a console, not so much how you hear it, or in written form, but how you say it. Rolls off your tongue :P

Although the SNES is my favorite system, I think the GameCube was the most well designed.

I'm surprised the poll didn't have Virtual Boy :)

Uh... ZeroAX I don't think you should use that word to describe Japanese people.
