What would the internet be like without "LOL"?

What would happen if all posts and comments everywhere on the intarwebz were secretly filtered of all occurrences of "lol".

It's hard to imagine that the internet could be so beautiful or make so much sense. *sniff*

Lol is basicly the glue that holds together the web.

Head Of Google: YOUR FIRED

Days later the Ex-Head Developer hacks google and deletes all there servers data. Then the Adsense profits for sites gets lost resulting in lawsuit and breaking apart the web. Weeks after that the government annoucnes they are shutting down the internet bacause all that is left are spambot and cat photos
