It's that time of year again, time for Christmas Nights

Does anyone else have this little gem of a game? I love playing it from Thanksgiving to Christmas (you must have the date correct on your Saturn) to watch the background change and then watch for the more substantial changes on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Who else has seen Santa? :D

Actually been playing this for the past few days. A shame that more games dont use this time related changes (I can only really recall Animal Crossing).

I wonder if something like this would ever come out in this micotransaction age we are now in.

Just got to find some time for some Shenmue time now.

Actually, Sega Touring Car has some date based tracks. When the game came out it had some worldwide events in which a specific track with a specific task came up on your Saturn and you had to try for your best score and post it on their website. You can actually unlock these events through cheat codes instead of resetting your Saturn to the dates upon which they originally fell. But then all you Saturn guys probably know all this already...

Puzzle Bobble 2/Bust-A-Move 2 has some date-specific splash screens.

Totally forgot about that.

I think Sonic Adventure 1 and Phantasy Star Online had some stuff as well (i.e. an Xmas tree).

Did not know about EA sports games using this either. Then again I dont play EA sports games...
