mario 2 is alot better beause you can choose 4 different characters, different gameplay than 3, and the other thing is for me it has nostaliga factor. I rented the game from a local video store so many times that the guy just gave it to me when he got 3 more copies in.

It may have 4 different characters, but they're all really the same, besides stats. Like, there's no cool, fun ideas (peach's floating is borderline cool and fun). SMB 3 has the beaver suit, frog suit, tanooki suit, fire flower, mushroom, hammer suit, the shoe, and the star. With the beaver suit, not only can you swing your tail, you can also fly!

You can also store your items and use them in a later level.

Also, you can't say mario 2 is better because it has different gameplay than mario 3. That's like saying Sonic is better than Mario because Sonic is different than Mario. That just doesn't make sense, I think I know what you were trying to say, though.

Streets of Rage is better than We Love Katamari because in streets of rage you can pick from 3 different characters.
