Cell Phone Recommendations

Anybody know of a cell phone model that can play video (Xvid?) that doesn't need a data plan for a bunch of internet stuff.

Flip form factor would be preferred.
I would also need to be able to use it on T-Mobile.
I'd prefer it to be a slightly older model that I could pick up cheaper on eBay, but not necessary.
