What's your favorite genres?

DeathMatch FPS (UT99 BABY!), shmups (though I'm not too good at them), Platformers of any kind, 3D action games (God of War, Bayonetta, etc.).

Mine tend to be Action games based on my favorite games: God Hand, Bayonetta, No More Heroes, Ninja Gaiden Black etc... but I do love Fighting games as well as Tactical RPGs as well.

I'll play pretty much anything, but prefer platformers, beat'em ups and rpgs. I tend to really like console adventures games too(stuff like Primal, Beyond Good and Evil, Tomb Raider, Okami, etc.). I generally don't play PC games, but I've enjoyed quite a few PC adventure games as well(mostly SCUMM engine games)

2D Platformers and RPGs. That being said, I like pretty much every genre. Name any genre and I could probably come up with at least a couple games of that genre that I like. (I guess the exception here would be 3D Platformers; I've still yet to find one I really enjoy.)

I kinda like a bit of everything to be honest. Often I'll find I like a particular area of a genre, rather than a genre as a whole.

Probably lightgun games. Perfect to pick up and play anytime of day.

Pretty much anything where you shoot a lot of things, I guess.

I also really get into strategy games such as those by Koei.

My most favorite is RPG, I also greatly enjoy Action Adventures and SRPGs.
