To me, it looks like Ryu's bottom arm is bent backwards. Like this top half of his arm is pointed up, and then the bottom half is pointed down. That bump at the top of his arms is his elbow bent the wrong way. Or something. As a silhouette, his arms look weird to me.

No it isn't, that game's horribly broken. I played a few rounds, and I ended up losing on rounds and testing a few things to see what would happen, and the game's too specific. For instance:

Dr. Mario is wrong, but Dr Mario is right.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is wrong, but San Andreas right.
Mario 3 is wrong, but Mario Bros 3 is right.
Mega Man X is never right, even if the game is Mega Man X, you can name the level and the boss they're showing you, and the hint tells you its Mega Man X.
No matter what, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker are all wrong, as is the Japanese title The Legend of Zelda: Baton of Wind.

I figure your game is going to be a bit better organized.
