Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. as a core company (huh?) is concerned more with publishing games than making them, they have several studios for that purpose and some of them churn out pretty good games when you factor in the quantity-vs-quality ratio. It's all about the bottom-line folks, so this romanticising is mostly redundant.
