I don't understand why people defend the otakus so much. SEE the thread title. Does it say the Japanese are freaks? NO. It says Japanese nerds are freaks. American freaks might be huge freaks as well I don't know. I just read this article on Kotaku and found that kind of behavior over something as trivial as her dating freaky. It's not like she said something that is truly upsetting.
