Super Gameboy Question

I just recently purchased a Super Gameboy and I was wondering if its actually possible to turn up the volume in the game, because I find the games to be WAY too quiet.

Could it be the unit? My Super Gameboy sounds no different than playing a SFC cart.

I agree, I don't think it is any softer than a normal cart.
