Did the Gamecube Preview Disc have a manual?

Anytime I see this thing it has no manual with it. But I prefer my GCN games be complete. Did it have a manual?

I have one of these at home, but it's packed up in a moving box for friday. I *think* it has a manual though.
I know it's not much help, but if noone lets you know in a couple of days I can have an answer for you

This is the original GAMECUBE game. Game is in good condition(disc has minor scuffs/scratches) and plays great. Case and manual included in this auction.

I was wrong. No manual. It just has the health warning stuff and a nintendo power ad.

I got mine when I bought my gamecube brand new. It's never been out of my possession (Preview disc not exactly an item people want to borrow). So, I think it's safe to bet it's never come with one
