I _think_ G.Rev is still around.

If not, I'm going to have a good cry. According to Wikipedia, the irrefutable source of all ephemeral facts: "Currently, G.rev is co-developing with Gulti a new shoot 'em up, Mamonoro. An arcade sequel to Senko no Ronde, known as Senko no Ronde Duo - Dis-United Order, is released in August 2009, with a port of the game coming to Xbox 360 in Spring 2010. A brand new arcade shooter titled Seisō Kōki Strania is currently under location test in Japan."

Of course, G.Rev gave us some great shooters. Under Defeat is still my favorite one to play on the Dreamcast, somehow nudging out Ikaruga and Zero Gunner 2. And they gave us that most awesome hybrid of shmup/fighter in Senko No Ronde...
