Pretty cheap for a new release. This is in new condition directly from Amazon.com (not third party) so this can be used for the "Free Shipping for Orders over $25" offer.

Just thought I would pass this deal on...

I'm not seeing any major sites even reviewing this. They screwed up big time with the delays. It seems like no one cares at this point. It's selling so poorly that it hasn't even been ripped to the net yet, 1 week after launch.

lol -- The reviews I have seen (I think of the import) were pretty good though.
Do 2D fighters usually sell well on the PS2 though?

I got word that mine shipped out on Monday, so I'm looking forward to finally getting it (I'm secretly hoping its in my e-mail today). It's probably one of SNK Playmore's best games in recent years, so it's a shame that it has basically been pushed under the rug by SNK Playmore USA. However, it's not surprising considering its a budget game and it also is a stealth launch for a game that has been available in Japan for a couple of years now. But still... You would think that there once money maker franchise would deserve better.

I just got my copy on Friday, and it's fantastic! Lots and lots of stuff to unlock and look at, and a final boss that makes Original Zero look like Dan Hibiki. If you're a fan, it's definitely worth the trouble to find and buy.
Wubba, wubba. I'm in the pink today, boy!

It was reduced for the PAL release back in July as well, so was Neo Geo Battle Coloseum. It looks as though we got a slim release as well. At the time I did spot a surprising number of reviews on PAL based sites but I still haven't seen anything on the major game sites, which is a pity.

So I finally got to check this out. So far, I'm not wowed. Looks like KOF99 will always be the best. My biggest gripe is the combat sound effects. They're just plain weak.
