Do you mean one copy doesn't have a "NOT FOR RESALE" label or a generic Gamestop cover? Do you mean the two different Gamecube N64 emulated discs (the 2 game release and the 4 game release) listed on the previous page?

You do realize that there isn't a vendor on the planet that gives a shit if the label says "Not For Resale", don't you?s1mplehumar wrote:OK.noiseredux wrote:what's right? I'm confused about what you're saying.s1mplehumar wrote:^ That's right.

Re: GameCube Console Legend of Zelda Bundle Pack
"Not for resale" does not necessarily mean no one can sell them, it means the disc in question is not sold as it is New. Basicly there is just no lincense agreement between partys. It falls under Master resell rights, in which you can sell what you have bought from a retailer, when you purchase most items you also buy the rights to resell it. You buy a bundle that includes a game you are free to resale. You made no contract with the manufacturer the store in which you bought it New did. Of course every country has there own laws and there are many extenuating circumstances.
