Good man! Don't support this crap this is the biggest betrayal in a long line of big betrayal from SEGA  Needless to say I'm going to get my friend to pirate it so we can negatively support it.
Joke post right?

As was mentioned I doubt we'll see it released outside of Japan. The logic still baffles me for some these re-released Japan only titles - its already been translated! What work is left to do! If they don't want to go the retail route, perhaps Sega/Sony should consider releasing the thing on the PSN network for play on the Playstation 3 like Microsoft is doing for Xbox games...

Explain yourself.
In regards to what? Me feeling betrayed by SEGA or admitting to piracy?

Betrayal. There is no reason for you to be angry at more people getting a chance to play a game you like, other than you being a selfish baby.

And it's not even a rare game like Radiant Silvergun.
I could kinda understand if RS was republished and people complained that the value of their "investment" went down.

Did the value go down when it become perfectly emulated on PC?

No, but only a relatively small percentage of people with emulate it (heck, I've never emulated it) compared to running official game media.

I have no problem with games by SEGA coming out on other consoles but just seems like a sacrilege to play a NiGHTS on a sony system. Maybe you guys just missed the Dreamcast getting beaten and having it's life cut short by the PS2.

This is both a kiss on the cheek and a kick in the balls for me. I just spent about $100 just a few months ago to have the pleasure of playing this game, and now they go and release the thing on PS2. Sure, it spreads the magic of the game to all sorts of people of todays generation, but come on, the PS2? The system that shut down the Dreamcast? I feel like Sega has given up its long term fans for profit, instead looking for young, new gamers to entertain. That hurts.
