Every colossus in Shadow of the Clossus deserves praise, but the flying sand dragon is my favorite.

Also a shoutout to the boss battles from any God of War game, especially the 3rd one.

Bowser in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. The phase were he becomes giant with the crazy metalish music was mind blowing when I first played it. The whole scale of the battle was great.
