I think it is worth it, but I am biased with my 60 something N64 games. Be forewarned, the N64 and most HD tvs do not get along very well. Itll be blurry.

Mine is soooo blurry it's unbelievable. Waiting for someone to throw away a CRT to play some n64 games...

Ive tried several different cable types, several N64s, and a couple tvs. Best I can figure is that it deals with how the tv upscales the image. If the tv has a good upscaler, then itll look fine. If it has a bad one (like mine does) itll be muddy. Granted I still have some 27inch CRTs floating around so Ill just leave my N64 and Saturn hooked up to one of them.

My game room(now being converted into an office)had an HD tv on one wall with the 360 and PS3 hooked up and a CRT on another wall for pretty much every other consoles. Best of both worlds

I also loved the N64 for Starfox 64 and Mischief Makers

 Just won a Jungle green N64 for 39.00 on ebay with a matching controller and expansion cart. I think it was a good deal and cant wait to play it. I will see how my t.v deals with the Saturn and N64 when I get home. My dreamcast looks fine so hopefully it can upscale properly. Time to search for perfect dark and goldeneye for cheap :D

I'll look for the S-video cable, thanks. I ended up not getting the N64 because paypal limited my account access and saw that I am currently in China and canceled the transaction so I'm going to have to wait till I get back home to order one :(
