THIS, but I think there are some current great cartoons too.
I think anyone who has not watched Bugs, should definitly at least see the Rabbit Season-Duck Season episode. Great banter with Elmer getting more confused.

Anyone else notice how they did a voice over on the maid from the classic Tom&Jerry cartoons when they re-air on CN?
They changed her voice so she wouldn't sound like a stereotypical black maid from the 40's/50's, which I find more offensive then using the original maid voice. Us old-timers here will notice it if ya watch it.

Messing with classic art. Gamecube Twin Snakes took out all the unique Chinese and British accents. Correctness so incorrect.
I watched a recent Simpsons episode the other day and I was pissing myself, I know it has supposedly gone downhill but there are still gems being released.
Family Guy, I don't find this funny any more. American Dad the same.
One cartoon I do like, I'm not sure if it's new or anything but The Grim Misadventures of Billy and Mandy, is brilliant. Brings me back to the days of Johnny Bravo, Cow & Chicken, and also Fairly Odd Parents. Just so mental lol.
But yeah, nothing touches the Tom & Jerry. Bugs and Daffy stuff. As long as the Tom & Jerry is Fred Quimby, never liked Chuck Jones ones.

The Venture Bros hands down best scripting and animation iv seen in an adult orientated animation in a long time, absolutly priceless and if anyone hasnt watchedit i suggest so now.
Also Metalocolypse makes me laugh alot but im sure that show only applies to music fans particularly heavy metal >__>

Agreed.
And anything with Tex Avery's name on it is gold.
And this is directed to everyone: Even if the name Tex Avery doesn't ring a bell, you know him. He made some of your favorite cartoons of all time. Google him. The guy was an utter cartoon genius.
And if you haven't seen Lambert The Sheepish Lion, do so:
