Why nerf Rachel? I found her to be pretty weak and would rape Rachel players online all the time.

As I understand it in CT Rachel is top tier but hard to use. So online you're probably not running into the cream of the crop.

I've fought many Rachel players that felt nigh-impossible to beat. If any of the characters needed to be nerfed, it was Rachel.
