Picked up a Silver Gamecube with a dented bottom for $15 at a local pawn shop...

Came with Official Nintendo Component Cable

Weirdest thing. A guy came into my fathers business, and said that he had spoke to me about selling off an SNES with some games for $15, so my dad paid him and took the stuff (I work for my dad and sometimes have people meet me there, but wasn't at work that day). Weird part is, I haven't talked to anybody about an SNES in a few months. Anyway, the $15 wound up getting me the console, cords, off brand controller, and several games (all with manuals)

All 3 Star Wars games
Top Gear
Spawn (+box & poster)
Super Metroid
Street Fighter II

All the games were in Blockbuster rental cases, but none had stickers. All the games and manuals were in amazingly good shape, except Street Fighter. Also somehow came in what I believe must be a Virtual Boy case, but it had the outside sticker peeled mostly off. (inside of the lid had Virtual Boy instructions on it.)

$129.00

At least there is no sales tax in New Hampshire which is where I got it from.

My Standard Edition broke and I was going to put better parts in it but I am going to hold off for a while now. I read that this is suppose to be good and already have good Sanwa parts in it. I got to say..the buttons and stick feel the same to me. This beast is heavy though and I like the closed space in the back for the cord. Also it is much easier to change art since you can just unscrew the plexi and put paper art in there and close it back up. I do not like the red border thingy though, maybe I can dye it.

I have spent to much money on game related stuff this week and I feel like an asshole so this is probably it for a little bit. Hopefully...

Oh, I also picked up some PS2 component cables for $8 since I am still using AV cables on it.

What is odd is that the SE came with a move sheet and the TE did not. I know it was new because I opened the seals. *Shrug*

Glad to see another TE stick found a nice home, but isn't $129 close to MSRP?

My best joystick deal was for a Tekken 6 Premium box with the wireless joystick. After score on the limited discount, and using $5 game credit, I nabbed the stick for $10.93 with two-day shipping

It is not a "find" if that is what you mean. It is "cool shit you bought". They share this thread. $129 is what they sell for new now but weren't they $200 originally?

Nice deal on that Tekken stick.

Edit: I guess they were $150 originally. *Shrug* Oh well.

I know it's not a video game, but I just recently found a piece of memorabilia from the 50th anniversary of the Ice Capades, the one featuring that dreadful Super Mario Bros. bit. It's a felt pennant:

Couldn't resist it, so I bought it...It's the only one I could find online, though I'm sure plenty more are floating around the interwebz. I'm pretty pleased with it though. I love all that obscure Nintendo, particularly Mario-based, goodies!

Sega Superstars Tennis (Xbox 360) - $2

Got it from EB (First game I have bought from them for years) and it is obviously a bundled copy came with the disc in mint (as in looks like it has never been played) manual (same story) a real xbox 360 case with the new style EB inserts which are leaps and bounds above the old ones when the wrote on them, very happy with this for $2.
