I'll regularly marathon all three of these games in this order in a single session:

Rocket Knight Adventures
Sparkster (SNES)
Sparkster (Genesis)

I'll probably be adding the recent Rocket Knight to that list in the future. (I don't care what people say, its a good game, different though it may be.)

On top of those:

Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario World
Sonic the Hedgehog 1,2,3, and Knuckles
Streets of Rage 1,2,3
Fable

There are quite a few others, but they're escaping me at the moment.

for me its usually resident evil 2. i dont no why the bit at the start in the gun store is great. then "will smith" at the police station followed by the first encounter with a licter, i love it all the way through, i have a run through of it annually.

I always seem to come back to Shadow of the Colossus. Sometimes i play it all the way through but at least once a month or more i feel the need to fight a certain colossus.

Really? Every year? Lovely game, but I've only beaten it once, like most RPGs I own.

I think those are the games i've done the most multiple play-throughs over the past few years.
