What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I saw The Last Airbender at a sneak preview the other day. It was pretty ok for a big blockbuster. Cool special effects, lots of cliche in the story, and really wooden acting of a script that sounded a lot more like a description of the movie I was seeing and a lot less like dialogue. Still, I had fun watching things go boom. That's what action movies are about anyway right?

Zoolander: A funny little way to pass the time
The Cat Returns: A standard coming of age fairy tale. It was cute, but lacked depth (like many fairy tales)

Sexy Beast
What a great movie. Ben Kingsley is funny as can be.

Knight and Day: A generally fun, if notably mindless, action comedy. I did actually laugh out loud at a couple of scenes, which is pretty good for me. It started off pretty well, but a couple of the later action scenes weren't as exciting as they easily could have been. Also, towards the end the film got a little too cute.
Better than Avatar. Better than V for Vendetta. Not as good as Mission:Impossible.

Here at the school for kids who don't read good, we teach them how to do other things good too. LOL, I never get tired of that movie, especially now that I can see it uncensored on Showtime. I love the scene where him and Hansel try to figure out the computer too. That Hansel! He's so hot right now! I re-watched Bubba Hotep recently. Not as well known as Bruce Campbell's Evil Dead movies but just as hilarious and actually a bit more poignant. Bruce Campbell makes a fantastic Elvis.
