This game is very Shenmue-esque. I really enjoyed it. Nice Review.

This game... Could do with better voice acting.

For me, I think the voice acting is a mixed bag. In English, some of the characters sound so out-of-place British that it's almost fourth wall breaking. On the other hand, most of the other characters sound spot on and 100% believable.

I've been told that the game is best played in French with English subtitles, but in a reaction game like Heavy Rain I'm not sure that reading subtitles would be conducive to a good gaming experience.

I think the point with Heavy Rain is that it stands alone in doing what it does. If you could actively carry a weapon and shoot, how would it be any different from the tons of other games that have come before it?

This game IS what the Sega Cd tried to be back in the day! Hah, no really though I definitely enjoyed this game. I had a rule brought on by friends that I couldn't correct any mistakes (by reloading) and I had to deal with whatever happened the first time around. Surprisingly I got one of the best endings, with the only downside is the FBI agent was raped by the the Junkyard guy (killed)

heh, I'm too anal about that sort of thing. I refused to allow Jayden to get killed.
