I got the impression from somewhere that this game was to be a timed exclusive for PSN and then released on XBL at a later date. However, after looking around at release dates it seems it will be released simultaneously on 8/10/10!

Think you got that idea because of the trailer. From what I remember, from watching the extended trailer a few weeks ago or so, it only said PSN.

I really love the animation in this game; it's very fluid and expressive, and still goes will goes well with the art.

I seem to be the only one who has actually checked out some of the music by the group doing Scott Pilgrim's soundtrack. Mermaid and Airbase are two fantastic tracks and I"m looking forward to hearing the game's soundtrack

Already beat it with Scott and Ramona. Didn't care much for Scott's ending, but Ramona's was cute as hell.

As soon as I'm done playing through the game with Kim and Stills, I'll be writing up a review. Spoilers: It'll be getting an A. This is the best damn game I've played in years, and I'm saddened by the lack of discussion of it.

I'm happy to hear it's getting a positive response, though it seems a lot of mainstream sites would rather rate it as a B than an A because it has no online

It's been a while since I've played Castle Crashers or Dishwasher:Dead Samurai. I'm really due for an awesome new PSN or Live Arcade beat'em up. I'm gonna go download the demo

I'm holding out on SP for now since I hear it has some bugs and the IP isn't really a draw for me. I'd be curious to know what you think of the gameplay, given your expertise in beat em ups!

Seeing the7k raving about it has got me pretty excited to play it. Looking forward to his review and I'll definitely post my thoughts as well. I wonder what kind of bugs it has. I'm gonna have to look into that

You know, just looking at a few of the reviews I've seen for the game, I've noticed two common complaints:

1. Waaaahhh! There's no online, we have to actually find real people to play with us

2. Waaaahhh! The game is so hard, we can't beat it without grinding our characters or getting someone to help us!

Good god, modern game reviewers are pathetic
