There is great talent among those here on Racketboy. I am quite proud.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I don't remember when exactly, maybe sometime during college, I had a goatee for a whole year. I live in Florida now though, and it's too hot for facial hair. Plus, i don't have the patience for constant trimming and maintenance anymore

I still can't believe an entire marketing team saw the Hitler stache and just let it slide.
I'd pay a million to see the conversation of a stage hand telling Micheal Jordan that he needs to shave.
Re: Who here rocks the beard?
What? lol What did he do that for? I guess really it is a Charlie Chaplin stashe since Hitler copied Chaplin, his favorite actor.
Still... pretty crazy.

Ditto for me except that it's been about 14 years. My wife (then girlfriend) suggested the idea to me. I keep it short which means using the beard trimmer weekly. Every few days, I'l shave the few parts where I don't want the beard to grow.elvis wrote:Had either a full beard or goatee for 10 years now.
I shaved it off one summer to show my wife what I looked like without it. Total man-child. Grew it back straight away.

Perhaps you should learn the open razor technique?Niode wrote: Likewise it takes me a couple of safety razors to shave my face because of clogging. Even when shaving off a number 0 size stubble. It's not worth buying a higher priced razor because I will go through the blades just as fast.

I did the same. I haven't shaved since I left the Navy back in early 2008. A few months ago I shaved my face on a whim. My girl friend had never seen me without a beard. Scared the shit out of her when she got home.gtmtnbiker wrote:Ditto for me except that it's been about 14 years. My wife (then girlfriend) suggested the idea to me. Then I started getting carded again and it was time for a return to bearded glory.
