Animation students do this quite often, some of the Chinese and Japanese flash video sites have a few.

This looks pretty professional, if you ask me. I always loved this song; it's also the song for the final level of Ouendan.

Particularly on the hardest difficulty it is really hard I think. If you miss one hit then you are bound to miss 2 or 3 in a row (they just keep coming) and that is usually enough to make you lose the level. It's like you can't actually C rank that one, you need to do better or die trying.
