That's about as ambigious as it gets  I use a writing style similar to Barack Obama and some teachers used to frown upon this but when you're among the top three of your class certain things can be overlooked  (not gloating, my GPA is shit and I'm not fond of academia)
what is Obama's writing style?

wh...how??? Didn't your parents sue the ass off that preschool? What's next being forced to drive stick or automatic?
How? easy. They told me to do it or I had to sit in time out, and to a four year old that is hell on earth. And no, there was now suing. I did not really think about it from then till college when I was talking to a friend of mine about handwriting analysis and he brought up several points about how when I write it looks like I was forced to write right handed for a time. I have since corrected said points.

yes I can imagine the how, hell in the 19th century they called it the devil's arm to force children to use the right hand. What I am asking about, is how did they pull it off in a developed country, if not the most developed country in the world, without getting massive complaints and law suits from parents.

Hell when I lived there I remember the people who worked at fast food joints froze every time we asked them to remove something from a dish, for example the tomato from the burger, cause they didn't know if they should charge full price for it, cause they were afraid of the restaurant getting sued for it :S:S

EDIT

My writing style is exactly like Obama's too. People always found it funny, even for left handers :P

Same here. We were just told that right handed was the correct way to write. I wrote right handed, and did everything else with my left. It made sense to me in a way since I could write things down and mess around with stuff with my active hand. I just thought that was normal. I used to get told off for talking and writing at the same time at school. Then the teacher would come and check my work and found that I've done more than enough work, despite chatting all the time. I still got told off. Even worse when they said "you would get more work done if you weren't talking" I told him that it was a physical impossibility since I'm writing as fast as I can, shutting up won't speed it up at all, just make it more mind-numbingly boring. "detention" was the next thing I would hear. Mathematics was a particular favourite of mine, especially anything involving a calculator, I'd just work the calculator with my left and write with my right. I'd have everything done in half the time of everybody else. Then get questioned why I wasn't doing my work, despite having finished the set work and the next few pages (since I knew what was coming, they'd just tell me to keep working, so I figured I'd do it anyway).

tl;dr I was a problem-pupil at school.

Also, regarding lawsuits. Not everybody is a money grabbing greedy cunt. That's all those types of people are. Why the fuck would you sue a school that your child is going to? It's counter-productive. Not to mention having to move your child out of that particular school away from his social circle. Screams of bad parenting to me. I was forced to write with my right hand, it didn't do me any harm. Hell, I think it actually did me some good, if I hadn't been forced I probably wouldn't be ambidextrous.

really? I use my right hand for everything but writing and eating. Can't hold a fork with my right hand even if my life depended on it.

But I remember as a kid, when my sister dared/bet me to write with my right hand, it brought me to tears. I just could not do it and anytime someone said that you should write with your right hand, just the thought of it brought tears to me eyes.

And lawsuits are not always about making money, it's also about bad/abusive teachers getting fired.

I'm glad I'm not the only person that has problems with the fork especially. It pisses my friends off when I set close to them on the right because of my "problem". We've sort of made my left handedness a joke on racism and such. Just dealing with people that are different in general.

My favorite comment on it of all time is "God made a few perfect people in the world, then he made the right handed."

Its sad though, we are being bred out. When I started school back it was one in three people were left handed, now it is something like one in ten. Twenty some odd years shouldnt do that.

By bred out do you mean genetically or being forced to use the right hand?

Well both me and my sister are left handers, 50% of my cousins are left handers, and in my class of 24 we had about 5-6 left handers I think so we are still fighting the war :D

I really see it as something really trivial, and always found it funny and kind of dumb when people found it noteworthy that I use my left hand to write.

Now using Luigi instead of Mario. That's strange.

Is left handed-ness genetic? My mother and her two sisters are Left handed and so is my grandma.
