So anyone else agree that the best episode was the one where Leela was acting like Peggy Bundy?

First new episode is in the bag...and it was GOOD.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

It's pretty much the same show I've always enjoyed. Nice to have it back

I thought the same thing. I thought the first episode was particularly funny. "Yes, it's sort of a Comedy Central Channel and we're on it now!" Reminds me of the 'Box' Network, "What does this mean for us and our many fans?"

I enjoyed it, but they are a bit more crude than they were on Fox. It is a good reboot so far.

I was thinking the same thing. "Would they have said that originally?" When that computer screen lost an ebay bid and said "damnit" it just sounded off, and when fry said "penis". I also laughed at a couple of jokes that while funny were a lot more random/silly. Still wasn't bad and will continue to watch. I have a feeling Fry and Leela will break-up though as Fry going after her and being single was big part of the humor.

Strange, I didn't even pick up on it being more crude. It felt like the same old Futurama, except it seemed a bit more meta to me, if that's the correct word. A lot of winking at the audience. Though this is something I really only noticed in the first episode

Even though they played it for laughs, I would think seeing Leela and Zak having sex would be enough to end any relationship, but this is Futurama where characters don't usually act like real people do. It would be interesting to see Fry go after someone else. He's really the most interesting character. He represents everyone's inner loser
