Or like sacha baron cohen not being able to do a bruno sequel. I think keith's safe until there's a movie made. Then he'll have to do a trale lewous movie or something.emwearz wrote:It must be getting harder and harder to do a mocumentary when you are getting more well known, kind of like those rumors of Bruce Lee going undercover.NathanBarnatt wrote:Keith was recognized a ton. Just the nonsense.Snickerd00dle wrote:This might be my favorite one yet, I am amazed by the amount of people who didn't know who you were, at least from the footage shown. A Keith movie would be hilarious. Radical anti-video game jocks are plotting to destroy the industry by setting off a high payload bomb at E3, taking out every major name in gaming in one fell swoop. Only Keith knows what is happening, and the security guards won't listen to him. So he must team up with others to take down the radical jocks and save the industry.

But the radical anti-videogame jocks should also buy every new version of madden that comes out.

they're funded by EA, who are annoyed with losing the title of most evil video game company, so they will destroy activision and get their title back.Jrecee wrote:But the radical anti-videogame jocks should also buy every new version of madden that comes out.

I could deal without him. You can only say "fuck farts" so many times until it just gets old. Rolfe's coverage of E3 was awful. And I love most of the guys stuff, but he doesn't have the passion he used to for games. He needs to focus on making horror films. He's brilliant at it.AmishSamurai wrote:

If "Keith" keeps getting kicked out of conferences, I'll say the same thing about his shtick. But I don't see that happening. "Keith" has an incredible aura about him that people seem to love. He's approachable, engaging, and gets away with more than he should. I forget what episode of Talking Classics it is, but when he chats with two older women in what looks to be a hotel lobby is nothing short of comedy gold. He's having fun, the ladies can't stop laughing, even though Keith is being way over the top and is invading their privacy. I can't express how hard it is to get anyone off the street to go along with an act. Keith has a gift for it.

Cameras always help. Try it you will see. Have someone video taping you and inhibitions melt away from those you film. A microphone helps even more.Luke wrote:I could deal without him. The newer reviews are actually less cussing and more reviewing. He's mellowed out quite a bit in his new AVGN videos.Luke wrote:I could deal without him. His coverage of E3 was pitiful, but he really isn't very good when put on the spot like that. He's also more of a retro gamer and doesn't have a passion for newer games.
Re: Keith Apicary at E3 2010
Yeah, he's getting back to his roots, but he's just not good unless everything is scripted. He just doesn't seem "genuine" to me anymore. His "Board James" reviews remind me of why I fell in love with his videos in the first place.slowslow325 wrote:
