Where can one buy a NGPC flash cart?

Possibly Ebay or similar. It's called Wonderwitch or something like that. They are rather rare and that makes them a bit expensive.

They're not really shmups, with the exception of the jet missions, which are more like mini-shmups.

Great games and all, but not what I consider to be a shmup.
